A new Santa Barbara art exhibition is part of an unprecedented regional project involving some 60 Southern California institutions. KCLU’s Lance Orozco reports the Santa Barbara Museum Of Art exhibition, called “Pasadena To Santa Barbara,” is a part of “Pacific Standard Time,” an effort which tries to tell the story of the Los Angeles contemporary arts scene, and how it became a force in the arts world.
