The City Of Thousand Oaks has turned to a neighboring city to find its next City Attorney.
Tracy Noonan will take over the City Attorney’s post in March. She’s currently Simi Valley’s City Attorney. But, this is a homecoming for Noonan, because she was an Assistant City Attorney for Thousand Oaks from 2005, to 2009. Prior to that, she was a Deputy City Attorney with the City of San Diego, and also worked in private practice.
Noonan takes over for Amy Albano, who left Thousand Oaks last fall after nearly seven years with the city for a similar post with the City of Burbank.
