Solar Car Visits South Coast As Part Of Effort To Set World Record For Crossing Globe

It can carry two people, and hit 70 miles an hour, which isn’t unusual for a car.  But, what makes it different is that this vehicle is completely powered by the sun.  KCLU’s Lance Orozco reports this unique car visited the South Coast, as part of a global tour designed to set a world record.
