A Santa Barbara County woman has been arrested, after detectives say she had a sexual relationship with a teenage boy.
Investigators say Lisa Ann Rowell of Goleta was in her late 30’s when she had the relationship with the then 17 year old boy, in 2008.
The teen, who is now an adult, recently told his father about what occurred, leading to an investigation, and arrest of the now 41 year old woman for unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor.
