The U.S. 9th Circuit Court Of Appeals today ruled that California’s voter approved ban on same sex marriages is unconstitutional. Proposition 8′s supporters say they will appeal, and take the case to the U.S. Supreme Court. Opponents, though are celebrating what they see as a key win in the battle.
