Two San Fernando Valley men are behind bars, after Ventura County Sheriff’s Detectives, and the U.S. Secret Service say the men were responsible for placing a skimmer device at a Thousand Oaks bank to steal ATM information from bank customers.
The skimmer captured information as customers used their cards to get access to ATM kiosks at a Chase Bank on the 1600 block of North Moorpark Road. Investigators say the two also put a video camera on the ATM’s to get pin information.
Investigators say they caught Aram Dzhanszyan of Sherman Oaks, and Arman Ter Mkrtchyan of Encino with personal information from more than 90 people, but were able to make the arrests before the two men could raid their victims accounts.
