A undercover operation targeting some Simi Vally massage parlors has led to three arrests on sex charges.
Undercover officers visiting three spas in the city during a week long period say they were solicited for specific sex acts by the workers who were arrested. The three women were cited for solicitation for prostitution. Simi Valley Police say they will continue to monitor massage parlors in the city, and target both employees, and customers who engage in illegal activities.
