Police detectives are trying to figure out exactly what led to the stabbing of a teenager near an Oxnard school campus, leaving the 17 year old boy in the hospital in critical condition.
It happened just before 3 p.m. yesterday, near San Juan Avenue, and East Bard Road.
Investigators say there was a fight before the stabbing, with several people involved.
They say they don’t know if the fight, and stabbing were gang related.
The stabbing was across the street from Blackstock Junior High school.
No arrests have been made in connection with the incident.
