A community clinic system on the South Coast is set to announce later today the hiring of a new Chief Medical Officer.
Dr. Charles Fenzi will oversee medical operations for the Santa Barbara Neighborhood Clinics.
Fenzi comes from Community Health Centers of Central California.
He also worked at clinics in New Mexico, and was a Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of New Mexico.
