Times are tough for many non-profit groups in Ventura, and Santa Barbara counties, and arts organizations are no exception. In Santa Barbara County, though, there’s a new ray of sunshine. The Santa Barbara Bowl Foundation is now giving a percentage of ticket sales to the Santa Barbara County Arts Commission, to help fund programs.
