A scenic trail in Santa Barbara County’s foothills has become a popular spot for hikers. But, that popularity is creating concern among area residents that a glut of cars could clog the only access road out of the area during a fast moving brushfire. KCLU’s Lance Orozco reports the county is hoping it’s come up with an answer for Tunnel Road.
