Emotions Run High At Sentencing Of Ventura County Teen Who Killed Classmate In What Prosecutors Called Hate Crime

A Ventura County teenager who pled guilty to killing a classmate in what prosecutors originally called a hate crime, because of the victim’s sexual orientation has been sentenced to 21 years in prison.  KCLU’s Lance Orozco reports on the final chapter in nearly four years of court proceedings over the slaying of Larry King, by fellow E.O. Green Junior High School student Brandon McInerney.
