Budget cuts forced the closure this year of the primary agency providing services to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender communities in Ventura County. KCLU’s Lance Orozco reports volunteers are now trying to fill one of the major gaps created by the shutdown,a service which helps LGBT teens, and young adults.
