She was a groundbreaker as the first woman on the U.S. Supreme Court. Now, Sandra Day O’Connor is trying to break different kind of ground, by helping to teach people, especially teenagers, about how our government works. KCLU’s Lance Orozco was on hand as she spoke to hundreds of teens at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, in Simi Valley.
