Ventura County Sheriff’s detectives say they’ve broken up a burglary ring in the Conejo Valley which was targeting businesses, and vehicles.
Investigators started to notice similarities between a number of burglaries which began about a month ago. They say they found evidence linking eight people, including four teenage girls, and three teenage boys to the crimes. The teenagers were all arrested, with charges ranging from grand theft, to auto theft, and possession of stolen property. Detectives say they’re still looking for one suspect, identified as Rusty Edward Sellner of Thousand Oaks.
