A guided missile destroyer is visiting Santa Barbara over the Veterans Day weekend.
The 500 foot long U.S.S. Milius is visiting as the guest of the Santa Barbara Navy League.
The ship’s more than 270 crew members will spend time visiting the city, and some of them will take part in a Saturday afternoon basketball tournament against local public safety officers.
