A storm system centered off the California coastline is moving onshore, bringing locally heavy rain at times to Santa Barbara, and Ventura Counties.
Rainfall amounts could range from a half inch, to an inch, with the heaviest rainfall coming to coastal areas overnight.
Showers, and thunderstorms are possible until tomorrow afternoon (11/12).
