The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is going door to door to finding about community crime concerns in one community.
Last Friday, the department did a survey of businesses in Saticoy. This coming Saturday, they’ll go door to door to survey Saticoy residents. It’s part of a community oriented policing program known as “COPS”. The idea is that by getting an idea of specific concerns, the department can do a better job of serving Saticoy.
