The massive crowds which flocked to Isla Vista over the Halloween weekend for the community’s annual unsanctioned, unsponsored parties are gone, and so are most of the tons of garbage they left behind.
KCLU’s Lance Orozco reports an army of volunteers with Isla Vista’s “Adopt A Block” program stepped up to help with cleanup.
