For nearly three decades, a Southern California plant dumped toxic wastes in the ocean. Even though the dumping ended in the 1970′s, the impacts are still being felt off Ventura, and Santa Barbara Counties. KCLU’s Lance Orozco says restoration efforts are the focus of a community meeting Wednesday night (10/26) at the Channel Islands National Park headquarters in Ventura.
