A Santa Barbara parking enforcement officer is in the hospital with serious injuries, after an RV hit her small cart, and pinned it between the RV, and a delivery truck.
It happened just before one this afternoon (10/13), in downtown Santa Barbara near the intersection of State, and Canon Perdido streets.
Police say the RV tried to leave the scene, but was stopped by police.
The female parking enforcement officer injured in the accident hasn’t been identified.
