Authorities are now identifying a man pulled out of the surf yesterday (9/28) at a Ventura County beach, who later died.
Robert Curtis was apparently body surfing at Oxnard’s Silver Strand beach when beachgoers saw him floating in the ocean, and pulled him onshore. Bystanders started CPR on the 55 year old Ventura man, but he died later at a hospital.
The cause of death still hasn’t been determined yet.
