A Ventura County man has been arrested after authorities say they discovered a large quanity of illegal fireworks at his home.
The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department says it received a tip Francisco Herrera had the fireworks. They say they also discovered the 26 year old man had a pending arrest warrant in his name.
During a probation search, they raided his home on the 100 block of Maple Road in Thousand Oaks, Investigators say they say they discovered what they call a large quanity of illegal, dangerous fireworks in his garage.
