A Ventura County woman who’s part of a search dog team deployed to Ground Zero in the wake of the 9/11 disaster is now heading an organization which trains search dogs. KCLU’s Lance Orozco reports the organization is planning ceremonies on 9/11 for what will be its new national training facility, near Santa Paula.
