Plas for new development by the Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians have some Santa Ynez Valley residents concerned, because they fear a proposed new housing development may also include a new casino. KCLU’s John Palminteri reports a community meeting is being held to discuss the proposal tonight (8/26).
