A proposal for major federal funding cuts in transportation projects could threaten a project to widen one of the most congested sections of freeway in Santa Barbara County, as well as other local transportation projects. KCLU’s Lance Orozco reports that a local congresswoman, and some community leaders are trying to rally opposition to the budget cutting proposal.
