Some Ventura County community leaders who headed a local campaign to raise money for a national Dr. Martin Luther King Junior Memorial in Washington, D.C. are getting ready to take part in dedication events later this month. A local drive raised more than $100,000 for the $120 million dollar project. KCLU’s Lance Orozco has the story.
