A Ventura County man has pled guilty to charges he supplied heroin, and cocaine which led to two deaths, as well as two overdoses in the county
A Simi Valley man could spend more than two decades in prison after admitting he gave fatal amounts of heroin, and cocaine to two men, in one case actually helping one of them shoot up the drugs.
Prosecutors say David Ryan Tejara also admitted being one of the largest heroin dealers in Ventura County. They say the 23 year old man also admitted supplying drugs to two people who almost died from overdoses.
A federal judge conditionally accepted the guilty plea, as part of a plea deal. It calls for a 262 month, or nearly 22 year long sentence. Sentencing is set for next January.
