Police are investigating the death of a 21-year-old man who was struck, and killed on a busy Oxnard street.
It happened just before 11 p.m. Friday, on the 4600 hundred block of South Rose Avenue. Eyewitness told police say the man was apparently lying on the street when he was hit by multiple vehicles. The victim’s name hasn’t been released yet.
