California’s Citizens Redistricting Commission has released its final plan for revising Congressional, State Assembly, and State Senate seats as a result of the 2010 Census, and it contains some major proposed changes for Ventura, and Santa Barbara Counties. KCLU’s Lance Orozco gives us a look at potential impacts of the proposal, which is expected to get final consideration August 15th.
