It’s a nearly forgotten part of Ventura County history, but for decades, Thousand Oaks was home to “Jungleland”, a park featuring some two thousand exotic animals, from lions to elephants. KCLU’s Lance Orozco talks to a local historian who’s written a new book about the park.
