Solar Panels Installed At Santa Barbara Home As Part Of "Solarize Santa Barbara" Program
A pilot program called “Solarize Santa Barbara” is helping people in southern Santa Barbara County get solar systems with pre-negotiated rates through vendors, as well as expedited permitting. KCLU’s Lance Orozco reports from Santa Barbara on the Community Environmental Council’s “Solarize Santa Barbara” Program.
