A new healthcare organization responsible for serving some 100,000 Medi-Cal recipients in Ventura County official went online July 1. KCLU’s Lance Orozco reports some of the pieces are still being put into place for the Gold Coast Health Plan, which has the big goals of improving services, while lowering costs.
