It started off with controversy, but ended with a plan which seemed to leave most people satisfied. Ventura County Supervisors unanimously approved a supervisorial redistricting plan which tries to reflect the impacts of population changes in the county during the last decade. The plan puts parts of the county’s largest city, Oxnard, into three districts, as it has been for the last ten years, and expands the first, and second districts to try to absorb some of the population growth.
