Man Arrested For String Of Conejo Valley Restaurant Robberies

Authorities say they’ve arrested a man belived to be responsible for a series of brazen fast food restaurant robberies in the Conejo Valley.  The robber would order food, and then when the restaurant employee would open the cash register, the thief would reach around and grab some cash, and flee.

Employees would sometimes even try to stop the man, but he was always able to escape.  No one was hurt.

Ventura County Sheriff’s were able to identify a suspect for the four Thousand Oaks robberies in the last week, and arrested 18 year old Louis Anthony Reyes of Simi Valley.  He’s facing robbery, burglary, and drug charges.
