It’s been a Conejo Valley bowling alley, a popular nightclub, and the site of a huge bookstore. Now, the half century old, 40,000 square foot “Borders” bookstore building is going to become a medical complex, but not before it hosts a two month long arts, and music festival. KCLU’s Lance Orozco reports on what’s known as the “Open Borders” Festival.
